The 2025 Annual Audit has been completed and is posted on the FINANCIALS page of the website. Thank you to VM7 resident Stephen Fung for donating his time to complete the audit.
Important Pool Reminders -
. Please do not secure/tie the pool cover straps to any stationary object or patio furniture. There was a near miss trip & fall by a visitor on a tied strap.
2. Before you exit the pool, please follow Arizona's Golden Rule. "Leave the facility the way you found it."

*Doors & Gates locked
*Umbrellas rolled down
*Lounge chairs on the deck not the grass
*Chairs, lounges and furniture must be 4' from the pool edge
