The new BAM internet provider that laid fiber optic cables in our neighborhood will need to re-do all of the work that was done, apparently it was not correctly the first time.
Once completed they will be out to clean sidewalks and the street, and repair any damage done to the landscape borders and painted street numbers.
If you need to file a request for more work, you can call the construction damage claim manager - Augustina Kistner at 623-287-5555.
Important Pool Reminders -
. Please do not secure/tie the pool cover straps to any stationary object or patio furniture. There was a near miss trip & fall by a visitor on a tied strap.
2. Before you exit the pool, please follow Arizona's Golden Rule. "Leave the facility the way you found it."
*Light switches off
*Doors & Gates locked
*Umbrellas rolled down
*Lounge chairs on the deck not the grass
*Chairs, lounges and furniture must be 4' from the pool edge
