• Annual HOA Dues for 2026 - $656

  • Annual HOA Dues are $550 for HOA Operations assessments plus a Capital Improvements assessment of $106 subject to a 3% yearly inflation adjustment.  

  • 2027 will be $659 with the 3% adjustment. 

• Payable by December 31st of every year and subject to a 10% late fee. 

• Transfer fee -  $1465 (for 2026)

• Disclosure Fee amount of $285 (for 2026)

• All checks should be made out to "Colony Park Association "

• Real Estate Transaction information should be directed via email to villamonterey7@gmail.com 

• New residents should send their email to the villamonterey7@gmail.com box so that they can recieve community notice emails. Also please be sure to bookmark this website. 

Rentals/ Leases are not permitted

Leasing and short term rentals are not allowed.
