                                                               SECRETARY NEEDED

Your association is searching for a volunteer to handle secretarial duties for the Board of Directors. This person would transcribe the meeting minutes, place minutes and agendas on the community bulletin boards and type up the monthly agenda. There are also some election duties shared with other Board members.

If we do not get a volunteer within our community, we may have to hire someone from outside our membership.
